Q: What would the equivalent of warmth be, ie: 1 or 2 ml neoprene? How flexible are the shoulders?

A: This product is made from polyester and would therefore not offer a comparable level of warmth to neoprene. This product is designed to offer the wearer greater warmth than a traditional strap style swimsuit, for those swimmers keen to continue swimming 'skins' during winter months.
