£24-28k per annum

Purpose of The Role  

This is an exciting opportunity to join Zone3 at a time where the brand is going through significant growth and the right person can really make their mark. We are looking for someone with a passion for all things Digital and a thirst to develop with the brand. 

You will be working closely with the team to devise and implement the e-comms & affiliate strategy.  The ideal candidate will have a 3 years' experience withing a digital e-comms role and have the desire to drive growth and awareness. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Own and managee-comms calendar across key markets 
  • Develop and activate the email strategy to drive brand/product awareness  
  • Support the development of Partnership/ Events and affilte email campaigns to build greater brand and product awareness 
  • Build engaging emails working closely with key internal teams in line with the e-comms strategy  
  • Integration of key third party technologies – Reviews/ Email Marketing / Analytics  
  • Scheduling of all consumer facing email, delivering insight, analysis & performance to drive growth 
  • Explore new features of existing platforms and / or expanding to new platforms opportunities  
  • Build and present regular reports and competitor analysis to key stakeholders 
  •  Champion the Digital function within the business 
  •  Ensure all email output is on brand and complies with tone of voice and brand guidelines  
  • Responsible for SEO content and coordinating copywriting 
  • Build and maintain key databases  

 

Required skills 

  • Experience working in a similar role or a passion and deep understanding of Digital e-comms marketing 
  • Focus on D2C and B2B channels  
  • Creative with a great eye for detail and a passion for ideas generation 
  • Proven and in-depth knowledge and experience in delivering compelling campaigns 
  • Good understanding of Shopify, Google Shopping & Display, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc 
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Ability to generate and write copy  
  • A self-starter with plenty of initiative and a can-do attitude  
  • A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills  
  • A great communicator who enjoys collaborating across multiple teams  
  • Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing stats 

 

 

This role is an integral part of a wider marketing team consisting of Sales & Marketing Director, Head of Global Marketing, Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Executive and Graphic Designer. As such, you will be working closely with all members or the team to ensure a world class premium message is presented across all platforms.

Understanding of all E-comms & Social Channels  

Supporting E-comms systems  

Photoshop for creation of assets 

 

Can work under pressure, with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment 

Adobe Creative Suite experience 

 

Strong communication skills to key stakeholders internally and external third parties 

An understanding of the sports /swim / run industry 

 

Very organised, ability to prioritise 

Passion for sport and being active  

IT Literate with strong Microsoft suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) 

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to switch styles depending on the message 

 

Interest in sport / Open Water Swimming  

 

Creative  

 

Have a thorough understanding of media needs and possess existing media relationships 

 

Strong Written Skills 

 

Ability to drive with a clean driving licence
