UK Standard - £4.95 or FREE for orders of £125 and over.
UK Next Working Day Delivery (Order placed before 2:45pm excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) - £6.95 for orders less than £125 or £4.95 for orders £125 and over.
Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey - £7.95 or FREE for orders of £100/ €100 and over.
Europe (Excluding Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Czechia, Russia, Ukraine & Serbia) -£7.95/ €9.95 or free for orders of £125/ €150 and over.
International (Australia, Canada, New Zealand) – £19.95/ €19.95

UK Standard - 3 to 5 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing)
UK Next Day Delivery - Next working day for orders place before 3pm.
Europe - 3 to 5 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing).
International - 8 to 10 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing)
European orders are despatched from within the EU so are not liable for customs and duty charges.
International orders outside of Europe may be charged an estimated 'Import Fees Deposit' and additional taxes at checkout. This deposit will be used to pay any Import Fees on your behalf (or on behalf of the recipient).

Whether racing or training, we want to be sure you’re in the best fitting triathlon kit so we’ve put together a helpful sizing chart, so you can shop with confidence in the knowledge that the size you purchase is right for you. However, if it’s not quite right please use the Zone3 Returns Centre to request a refund or warranty case (if applicable): https://returns.zone3.com/, you will need your order number and one of the following; email address, postal code, contact number used for your order.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase on orders placed directly with us either on our website or at an event (not through one of our retailers). Any returned item must be in the same ‘as new’ condition as it was received. Only domestic UK returns are FREE and you will be provided with a prepaid postage label when raising your return. For returns outside of the UK, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the address provided. Print the packing slip provided through the returns platform, or ensure you include your order number, returns reference and name. Individual Country associated Duties and Taxes will not be refunded unless the item is returned as new.
Please note refunds are not available on wetsuit hire or ex-demo items.

If your warranty return is outside of this, please contact hello@zone3.com and include images of the issue which you require to be covered under warranty. Please provide as much information as possible to allow our team to assess your case efficiently.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit when returning the goods. Please take care when packaging the goods and use a recorded and insured mail delivery service. Items not received or damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
