UK

Delivery Service (UK only):

  • DPD Pick Up Service (UK mainland only) - £3.95
  • Standard - £4.95 or FREE for orders of £125 and over.
  • Next Working Day Delivery (Orders placed before 2:45pm excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) - £6.95 for orders less than £125 or £4.95 for orders £125 and over.
  • Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey - £7.95 or FREE for orders of £100/ €100 and over.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard/DPD Pick Up - 3 to 5 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing)
  • Next Day Delivery - Next working day for orders place before 3pm.

Europe and International

Destination:

  • Europe (Excluding Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Czechia, Russia, Ukraine & Serbia) -€10.95 or free for orders of €150 and over.
  • International (Australia, Canada, New Zealand) – £19.95/ €19.95

Delivery Times:

  • Europe - 3 to 5 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing).
  • International - 8 to 10 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing)

European orders are despatched from within the EU so are not liable for customs and duty charges.

International orders outside of Europe may be charged an estimated 'Import Fees Deposit' and additional taxes at checkout. This deposit will be used to pay any Import Fees on your behalf (or on behalf of the recipient).

No problem returns

Whether racing or training, we want to be sure you’re in the best fitting triathlon kit so we’ve put together a helpful sizing chart, so you can shop with confidence in the knowledge that the size you purchase is right for you. However, if it’s not quite right please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a return.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 28 days of purchase on orders placed directly with us either on our website or at an event (not through one of our retailers). Any returned item must be in the same ‘as new’ condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs and items must be sent using recorded and insured delivery. Returned goods must be sent with a completed returns form. Individual Country associated Duties and Taxes will not be refunded unless the item is returned as new. We will aid with warranty items through customs where possible.

Please note refunds are not available on wetsuit hire or ex-demo items.

Warranty

For warranty returns within 30 days of purchase

Please note: Our returns portal will only accept return requests within the standard returns window.

For warranty returns outside of 30 days

Please contact hello@zone3.com and include images of the issue which you require to be covered under warranty.

For warranty claims, we require the following:

  • Image/Video clearly showing the damage/defect.
  • A detailed description, including your ZONE3 order number.

For wetsuit warranties, please also include a photo of the batch number. This will allow our team to assess your case efficiently.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit when returning the goods.

Please take care when packaging the goods and use a recorded and insured mail delivery service. Items not received or damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
