FINA Approved Jammers - Performance Speed

WHO IT'S FOR 

Pool racing under World Aquatics rules, where approved swimwear is required. A training jammer is cut for comfort and longevity, which means it soaks, shifts and drags at exactly the moment you need it not to. This is the jammer for the swims that are timed.

WHERE IT SITS IN THE RANGE 

Zone3 makes race swimwear in two lines. Performance Gold uses PaperLite fabric with a nano coating, and Performance Speed uses Aquaflo. Both jammers are World Aquatics approved and both are cut to a second skin with flatlock seams, so the choice is fabric rather than legality. 

KEY BENEFITS 

1. Less drag through the water. The water-repellent coating over hydrodynamic Aquaflo lowers surface resistance, so less of your effort goes into moving water and more of it goes into moving forward.

3. Compression where it counts. The fabric is highly structured, applying targeted compression that aids muscular activation through repeated hard efforts. 

4. Support that holds your line. The structured construction supports the body and aids body position in the water, so the shape you set off the blocks with is the one you finish on. 

5. A shape that lasts the season. Shape retention is built into the fabric structure, so the fit on the twentieth race is the fit you had on the first. 

WHAT YOU'LL FEEL 

Tight. Getting into it takes a minute and some patience, and that is the point. Once on, the fabric sits slick against the skin and the legs feel held rather than covered, with a low, even pressure through the thighs. In the water the surface sheds instead of soaking, so nothing hangs heavy off you on the last length. Climb out and the shape is exactly where it was when you got in.

"A great pair of jammers. Great price and quality. They are true to size and provide a comfortable fit. The length is good and they seem to provide a small element of buoyancy though the material doesn’t give much of a clue. After the first couple of swims they are still as good as new and make swimming even more enjoyable. Great product and prompt service.
