Neoprene Warmth Vest

The 2mm neoprene layer features a high neck for fuller coverage and is glued and blind stitched for a low profile and comfortable seam. On the inside, a combination of open cell neoprene and a titanium coating provide a tight fit and help to maintain the body’s warmth, while the outer utilises a super-stretch nylon for added durability.

Predominantly aimed at the outdoor swimmer however the vest can also be used during pool training to give extra buoyancy where needed. Paired with buoyancy shorts or jammers, the vest is great option when the water is too warm for a wetsuit.

Does what it needs to do

"Got this with a nice discount. Used this together with the buoyancy shorts in autumn and spring. It does a nice job in keeping the body warm so it does what it is expected to do. The fit is tight. Getting it on, and especially off, can be a bit of an hassle. Mainly because the inside coating is very sticky. When on though, it is comfortable."

This is good for autumn

"This is good for autumn and spring temperatures. Medium vest was a good fit (for me - I am small build). Small was tiny. You need to watch youtube videos to learn how to put it on and take it off. without damaging the thin neoprene layer. Not as warm as a wet suit but helps when water is cold. Very good delivery service and easy return of the wrong size vest."

"Only used under a wetsuit for winter swimming and keeps you nice and warm. Fit is quite snug and can be quite fiddly to get in and out of. I can see it being good to wear during the months when a wetsuit might be too much to wear. Great feel and quality."
