Henley and ZONE3 Competition T&Cs
Win a (1) ZONE3 Agile Wetsuit, and a pair (2) tickets to any Henley Swim event for you and a friend. Plus, five (5) runners up prizes of one (1) pair of goggles each.
1. Promoters
This competition is jointly operated by ZONE3 Ltd and Henley Swim Ltd (together, the “Promoters”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
Employees of the Promoters, their affiliated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
The Promoters reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, or eligibility.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens upon publication and closes on 31 May 2026 at 23:59 BST.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form hosted on the ZONE3 website in full.
Participants must provide a valid email address so they can be contacted if selected as a winner.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Opting in to receive marketing communications from ZONE3 and/or Henley Swim is entirely optional and is not required for entry.
5. Prize Details
There will be:
· One (1) grand prize winner, who will receive:
o One (1) ZONE3 Agile Wetsuit (size subject to availability)
o Two (2) entries to any eligible 2026 Henley Swim event for the winner and one guest, subject to availability and the event organiser’s terms
· Five (5) runner-up winners, each of whom will receive:
o One (1) pair of ZONE3 goggles up to a maximum retail value of £35
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
Prizes do not include travel, accommodation, insurance, visas, transfers, meals, or any other costs and expenses not expressly stated.
Any customs charges, duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international prize delivery shall be the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place after the competition closes, and winners will be contacted via the email address supplied on entry between 1 June 2026 and 7 June 2026.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of initial contact, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
7. Event Participation
Henley Swim event entries are subject to event availability, event rules, and any applicable safety or medical requirements.
Winners and their guests must be available and able to attend the selected Henley Swim event on the relevant event date, and are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and otherwise eligible to participate.
The Promoters accept no responsibility where a participant is unable to take part in an event due to health, travel, visa, scheduling, or personal circumstances.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal data supplied during this competition will be processed by the Promoters solely for the purposes of administering the competition and, where consent has been given, for marketing communications.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and each Promoter’s privacy policy.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
9. Publicity
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including the use of their first name, surname initial, social media handle, and/or image in promotional materials, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, the Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, delay, or expense suffered by any entrant arising from entering the competition or accepting or using any prize.
The Promoters are not responsible for technical failures, website issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may affect the operation of the competition.
11. General
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who is suspected of engaging in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
Where this competition is promoted via social media platforms, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
