"I upgraded from the standard neoprene cap to this heat-tech one and I wear it throughout the year. It's very comfy and keeps my head warm. As well as being great when your head's in the water whilst swimming front crawl, it's also great for blocking the wind on your head and ears when swimming head-up breaststroke in the winter."

"Well, at least the top and back of my head is warm! I was flip-flopping between the strap-less cap and this one, and am happy that I went for this. The strap doesn't feel uncomfortable for my 30-45 minute swims. One thing is that water was getting trapped between the strap and in my ear, which felt uncomfortable. I solved this by putting swimming plugs in my ears."
