Thermal Aspire Wetsuit

Sometimes we need to swim in conditions that our normal wetsuits just weren’t made for. For those colder swims, we have taken one of the highest-rated wetsuits of the last decade - the Aspire and added a carefully upgraded flexible Heat-Tech Thermal lining to enhance its warmth properties. The new fleece lining now gives the feel and movement of a summer wetsuit, allowing the body to move more efficiently in the water.

Warmth

Staying warm is the key feature of the Aspire Thermal Wetsuit, to achieve that we have combined Premium SCS #39 Yamamoto fabrics known for their high heat retention, with Heat-Tech Thermal lining added to the muscles groups which require extra warmth when swimming in colder conditions.

Neoprene

Chest, legs and body panels use a combination of 3mm and 4mm with the addition of our plush Heat-Tech Thermal lining on the interior. The Flex-Fit shoulder panels and arms consist of 1.5mm thickness with a high stretch lining for flexibility and 7x more expansion than conventional wetsuit materials.

High Visibility

Neon orange and silver graphics increase visibility in the lower light conditions of Autumn and WinterPro-Speed Cuffs on wrists and ankles offer superior removal speed.

Warmer wetsuit

"I think it’s going to be quite a bit warmer than my current wetsuit but the weather’s been too atrocious to try it in the sea."

"Still a bit tight on the arms otherwise excellent"

Arran C. (4/5)

"I am very impressed with the quality of the wetsuit, it is like wearing a glove, it keeps you warm and makes you float in the water. It does not limit your movements in the water. Highly recommended"

"Disappointing for the cost of it."

Excellent wetsuit (if I could , then i would give 10 stars) would there not be the issue with the durability

"I'm a huge fond of the Aspire wetsuit line, including both the standard and thermal versions. They offer an impeccable fit, superb insulation, and unrestricted movement during swimming. Thanks to these suits, I swim in the Zurich lake throughout the year, wearing them generally from October to May. They have enabled me to train in cold water and gradually increase my swimming distance from 2 to 10 kilometers. However, their durability leaves much to be desired. For a weekly 10-12km I need to buy now every season 2 wetsuits (and that is a lot of money). They generally start having small holes on the lateral sides of the breast where the lateral thin lining is attached to the front panel. And believe me, I tried to everything to avoid those, but did not succeed. This is in my point of view a design issue (fit vs durability). Last week the tears have appeared after a 10k swim (and 3 months of use)."

Zone 3 Thermal Aspire

"I’ve just bought my second thermal aspire wetsuit. The previous suit has seen me through 2 winters of weekly open water swimming down to temperatures of 2 degrees. We typically swim 30-40 minutes during the winter months and the thermal aspire, teamed up with Zone 3’s heat tech hat, gloves and boots keeps me the right side of cool. I was wearing the same wetsuit when we completed the Ullswater Chillswim this summer. 5 and 3/4 hours in the water lets you know if your wetsuit is up to the job. It was! If you’re looking to keep swimming as the water cools this winter I’d thoroughly recommend the thermal aspire"

Amazing cold water suit

"A great bit of kit to help you in the water longer. I swim in the chilly North Sea (7c in the winter). This is a great way to keep your body toasty. I love this suit."

Martin W. (5/5)

Thermal Aspire wetsuit

"Just had a first quick dip and kept me nice and warm. Glad I used the manual sizing chart which is perfect fit, and not the auto tool that was pushing me towards a bigger size. Looking forward to a longer swim."
