They're known for helping athletes grow, while also building strong friendships between teammates. With members in 17 states and ages ranging from 24 to 72, Octagon Elite is more than just a team—they're a community of athletes focused on high performance and making an impact.
In 2022, they rebranded, and since then, they've been ranked 1st in the world in Ironman Division V for two straight years. That’s no small feat!
The Team's Mission: Developing Talent
At its core, the USA Triathlon team's mission is to develop and mentor young athletes . They look for talented athletes and help them grow into successful triathletes, while also promoting wellness in their local communities.

Events and Camps: Where It All Comes Together
Octagon Elite isn’t just about racing—it’s also about building strong connections. Every year, the team holds an annual camp where athletes and sponsors come together. This camp focuses on:
- Team building : Getting to know each other and working as a unit.

Beyond the camp, the team also participates in World Championship races and selects 1-2 key races each year for the whole team to focus on. These events are where athletes can show off all their hard work and compete at the highest level.
