Zone3 kneeskins cover two distinct jobs: FINA-approved racing suits for competition, and natural-rubber kneeskins that add warmth and coverage for open water. Both share the longer-leg cut that gives kneeskins their name.

For racing, the Performance Gold MF-X Kneeskin is FINA approved and constructed from lightweight hydrodynamic Performance Gold fabric with a nano coating for superior water repellence and reduced drag. The Performance Speed Kneeskin uses lightweight hydrodynamic fabric with a water-repellent coating for drag reduction, giving club and competition swimmers a compressive, low-drag race fit.

For open water, the Yulex Kneeskin works as a low-profile wetsuit, made from 1.5mm Yulex natural rubber with 100% recycled polyester linings to deliver lightweight insulation without bulk, in men's and women's cuts. The OWS Renew Short Leg Kneeskin Swimsuit adds a more generous fit, with women's sizes from UK 4 to 20.

Choose by purpose. Race-day swimmers chasing seconds want the Performance Gold or Performance Speed; open water swimmers after warmth and coverage are better served by the Yulex or OWS Renew options.
