Sadly the armpits will fail

I had this suit for 5 months. By the 4th month the armpits started developing lots of small cracks resulting in significant leaks into the suit. This was despite making sure the suit fitted well up my torso with minimal stress on the arm reach part of the front crawl cycle.

A: Hi, the Women's Vision wetsuit is made up of 1.5mm Neoprene (around the shoulder area) 2mm Neoprene around the arms and armpits. 2.5mm Neoprene around the collar and 3mm Neoprene around the core and the legs. This should be suitable for most people. However, it might be worth considering a thermal wetsuit or layering up with baselayers, gloves, socks etc.
