Wetsuit Hire Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for hiring a wetsuit from ZONE3. By proceeding with the hire, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Cost of Hiring Wetsuit
1.A) Hire Fee: The hire fee for each wetsuit is £59 for the entire season, starting from the date of hire until September 30th, 2025.
1.B) Deposit: A £40 deposit is required at the time of hire, refundable subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement.
1.C) Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the wetsuit hire will be added at checkout. Please note, the £40 deposit does not contribute to the minimum order spend required for free delivery.
1.D) Payment: Payment for the hire fee, deposit, and shipping must be completed via the ZONE3 website before the wetsuit is dispatched.
Your Responsibilities When in Possession of the Wetsuit
2.A) Suit Care: The wetsuit is your responsibility. You must treat it with care and ensure proper handling during use.
2.B) Sizing: You are encouraged to review the sizing information on the ZONE3 website and watch the video on how to properly put on the wetsuit.
2.C) Size Exchange: If you wish to exchange the wetsuit for a different size, you must follow the return process via the ZONE3 returns portal.
Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges. The replacement wetsuit will be sent once the original suit is returned and postage fees are received.
Returning Your Wetsuit
3.A) Return Deadline: The wetsuit must be returned to ZONE3 by September 30th, 2025. If the wetsuit is not returned by September 30th 2025, the deposit will be retained, and the wetsuit will be considered a purchase.
3.B) Suit Condition on Return: The wetsuit must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, including:
- Clean and completely dry
- No damage (including rips, tears, or wear)
- Inside out and with no sand, saltwater, or other debris
3.C) Inspection and Charges: Returned wetsuits will be inspected. The following charges may apply if conditions are not met: - £10 for cleaning
- £10 per hole, rip, or tear
£10 if the wetsuit is returned wet
3.D) Refund of Deposit: Your deposit will be refunded (minus any applicable charges) within 28 days of ZONE3 receiving the returned wetsuit.
3.E) Proof of Postage: You must use an insured postage method to return the wetsuit and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for the wetsuit until it is received by ZONE3.
3.F) Identification: When returning the wetsuit, include your order number, name, billing address, and email to ensure the suit can be correctly identified.

Cancellation Policy
4.A) Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel the hire before the wetsuit has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of any prepayment made.
4.B) Cancellation After Dispatch (within 8 days): If the wetsuit has been dispatched for more than 8 days, the hire fee is non-refundable.
4.C) Cancellation Within 7 Days of Receipt: You may cancel your hire within 7 days of receiving the wetsuit, provided that the wetsuit is unused, in its original packaging (sealed), and returned at your own expense.
A full refund of the hire fee will be issued once the wetsuit is returned and inspected. Refunds are limited to the hire fee only.
