Zone3 D2C Customer Services Executive
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a D2C Customer Services Executive based in Send, Surrey. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key touchpoint between the company and its customers. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving customer issues efficiently, managing customer accounts, and improving the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Experience in customer service and customer support, with a focus on delivering high-quality assistance.
- Proficiency in customer satisfaction and customer service management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce setting is advantageous.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with performance sports apparel and triathlon-related products is a plus.
