Yulex® Switch Wetsuit

Last weekend I completed Deva Divas Sprint Tri - my 3rd triathlon!🏊‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ Little rundown… 🏊‍♀️ I’ve become much more comfortable swimming in open water recently but this was my first time swimming in a river! I managed a massive 7 minute improvement from my last race! Very happy with this and very keen to get even faster. 1️⃣ T1 I was covered in wet grass so had to actually take some time to wipe my feet down, slower than I would have liked. 🚴🏻‍♀️ A gorgeous course and my first proper cycle since my bike fit, I was far more comfortable, felt much faster and hit a 20km PB! Thoroughly enjoyed this cycle, 10/10 would do this route again. 2️⃣ T2 Running on grass in cleats is not the one, thought I was going to break an ankle, but chip time was just 53 seconds so can’t complain too much!! 🏃🏻‍♀️ It rained, it was windy, the sun came out, it rained again, and I would have ran a 5k PB if the course hadn’t been a few hundred metres short! Felt so much stronger on this run than last time, no stitch until right at the finish line! 🏆 Cake at the finish line made the day even better, should be standard at every race. Taking part in an all-women’s event was also so gorgeous, such a friendly atmosphere and so inspiring seeing so many women chasing their goals. Overall very happy with how this race went, I felt stronger, moved faster, and finished feeling motivated to train harder… and complete a longer distance triathlon next time😎 🙌 Big thanks to chestertriathlonclub deva.divas for such a fantastic day and well organised event 🤍🩷 . #triathlon #beginnertriathlete #sprinttriathlon #swimbikerun #cycling #running #trilife #triathlontraining
