I am slowly back in action facing some of my anxieties:)
The sea temperature was 13.2*C and I completed my first 1k swim in 2024 :) 😀
If you plan to swim, make sure to invest in professional swimming gear. I have been buying different swim pieces for the last 3 years from zone3official and I have been delighted with every one.

Ensure the bag is fully deflated before use
Load the bag with your desired equipment
Roll over the top until you reach the 'Foldable Area
Fold over and secure the two ends at the top using the clips
Inflate the bag using the mouthpieces (valve) on each side
Attach the leash to the clip at the top of the bag, threading it through itself
