Job description

This role is both strategic and operational and you will be accountable for driving KPIs to increase performance and accelerate global ecommerce growth, identifying new opportunities, as well as ensuring the sites support both our community and partners alike, by creating a hub of knowledge of both the brand and its products. 

You will be an expert in eCommerce, a strong team player and passionate about digital.

Working within the eCommerce team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a best in class customer experience on our global ecommerce websites. You will be responsible for all onsite administration, ensuring the websites are content rich, user friendly and optimised for conversion.

Strong organisational and communication skills will be essential to ensure the best prioritisation of projects, and the ideal candidate will take pride in building an outstanding knowledge of our product range and ensuring it’s well presented to our customers.

Role:

  • Driving the company eCommerce strategy globally.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest eCommerce technology and functionality.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of our global Shopify plus websites - including inventory, merchandising & optimisation.
  • Working alongside web development agency to manage website developments and core updates.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategy & roadmaps including technical, on-site & off-site elements.
  • Working alongside external agencies to oversee PPC & Paid Social advertising campaigns.
  • Reporting on ecommerce trade performance, providing data driven insight and conducting deep dives where needed to better understand shopping behaviours and trends.
  • Daily management of the ecommerce range plan and coordinating product launches and uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance and promotional activities.
  • Managing onsite optimisations such as visual merchandising, product/styling recommendations, upselling/cross-selling, search improvements and navigation enhancements.
  • Driving the onsite personalisation initiatives using fresh relevance and our broader tech stack.
  • Focusing on user experience and tailoring customer journeys for improved CRO.
  • Collaborating with marketing to develop rich content for landing pages and content stories.
  • Being a key stakeholder in UAT site testing for development projects and regular site walks to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer voice is heard and learnings applied.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years eCommerce experience.
  • Commercially-focused.
  • A positive attitude and collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator.
  • Confident using Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console and Tag Manager.
  • Confident using CMS/E-Commerce platforms, preferably Shopify Plus.
  • Strong written skills
