GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is key to activating all ZONE3 marketing opportunities. Fluent German is essential for supporting translation and localization efforts for the broader marketing and customer service teams. You will work across several marketing disciplines, offering hands-on experience in brand, product, digital, and physical marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing: Coordinate all brand marketing activities, including partnerships, brand look and feel, asset creation, and campaign planning across all touchpoints. Ensure timely delivery of assets and marketing materials to event partners, retailers, and internal teams.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to manage product lifecycle marketing, ensuring timely distribution of product imagery, catalogues, and sales collateral.
- Digital Marketing: Support the marketing/ecom director in managing digital ad agencies, providing copy and assets for campaigns. Assist the ecom team with SEO, CRM, onsite content, and coordinating asset delivery.
- Traditional & Physical Marketing: Aid the social and partnerships team in delivering social content, partner activations, and event management. Help plan and execute communications with event partners, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- PR & Events: Support PR efforts and amplify opportunities. Attend and assist with brand events and activations, ensuring all obligations are met and the brand is well-represented.
- Retailer Marketing: Manage the delivery of content for B2B retailers, including a regular newsletter, and support in executing retailer marketing campaigns across various channels.
You will work closely with a marketing team of six and other departments to maintain a world-class, premium message across all platforms.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different messaging styles.
- Interest in sports, triathlon, or swimming.
