My favourite place to run in the world! Spectacular scenery, incredible nature, thousands of miles of pathways from open roads to woodland trails, mega elevation and as someone big into my motorsport, the greatest racetrack in the world winds its way through the forest. Endless German beers afterwards. Dreamy!

Whilst attempting to overcome my fear of open water, this lake was the first one I ever swam in properly, face down and eyes open. It was a huge accomplishment for me. The lake itself is clean and there’s plenty of room for everyone of all abilities. It doesn’t feel intimidating either, there’s a great vibe and some brilliant sunsets.

A great place for open water swimmers of all capabilities. They also offer other activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, SUP yoga, open water swimming for beginners and lots of other fun activities.

Hands down the most beautiful place I’ve ever cycled. It’s got some brutal hills but completely worth it for the incredible views of the sea, beaches, fishing villages and mining hills. There are also some amazing running routes along the seafronts, country lanes and across the cliff-tops.

La Fosca, Costa Brava, Spain
This ‘secret’ beach in Costa Brava has crystal clear waters and a fantastic mixture of sandy and rocky areas that’s amazing to swim around and explore. I was lucky enough to visit our Spanish ZONE3 distributor in April and there’s no better way to unwind from a day of meetings than a sunny coastal swim in the Mediterranean!
