UK

DPD Local Collection (UK mainland only) - £3.95

Standard - £4.25 or FREE for orders of £175 and over.

Next Working Day Delivery (Orders placed before 3pm excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) - £6.95 for orders less than £175 or £4.95 for orders £175 and over.

Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey - £7.95 or FREE for orders of £175 and over.

Delivery Times:

Standard/DPD Local Collection - 3 to 5 days.

Next Day Delivery - Next working day for orders place before 3pm.

USA

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order.

If you spend $250 you will be eligible for free shipping.

Delivery times - Dependent on the option selected at checkout, express options available.

Most orders are shipped from within the US. All orders are shipped including all customs and duty charges where applicable.

EUROPE

Germany - €10.95 or free for orders over €175.

Ireland - €12.95 or free for orders over €175.

Rest of Europe - Price will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping will be free on orders over €250.

Delivery Times - 3 to 7 days.

European orders are despatched from within the EU so are not liable for customs and duty charges.

Rest of World

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order & location.

Delivery will take 8 to 10 days.

All orders are shipped DDP so all duties are paid at checkout and no further custom charges will be applied when entering the Country.

No hassle returns

You have 30-days from the date of delivery to return your products.

All returns should be logged on our returns portal to generate your unique returns number. The portal can be found here: https://returns.zone3.com/

Tri apparel, swimwear, casual apparel, compression apparel and all accessories must be returned unused, without damage of any kind, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Damage is defined as sun or chemical damage, stains, scratches, abrasions or tears of any kind.

DAMAGED OR DIRTY ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

You may only return items purchased directly from this Zone3.us website. If you purchased from a Zone3 NA retailer then you must return items to that retailer and their policy may be different. Please check with the retailer before returning items to them.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, not ZONE3 NA. We provide the function to purchase the returns label through our returns portal, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores, third party websites, or on items purchased outside of the US.

You may exchange for a different size or variation of the same product directly through our returns portal.

Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will be sent shipping confirmation within that time.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the item being marked as being in transit. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement.

Warranty

For warranty returns within 30 days of purchase

Please click here to access our returns platform (this will open a new window). You will need your order number and one of the following; email address, post/zip code, contact number used for your order. For orders placed via Decathlon, please follow the instructions here.

Please note: Our returns portal will only accept return requests within the standard returns window.

For warranty returns outside of 30 days

Please contact hello@zone3.com and include images of the issue which you require to be covered under warranty.

For warranty claims, we require the following:

  • Image/Video clearly showing the damage/defect.
  • A detailed description, including your ZONE3 order number.

For wetsuit warranties, please also include a photo of the batch number. This will allow our team to assess your case efficiently.

Please note:

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit when returning the goods.

Please take care when packaging the goods. Items not received or damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
