What is the Clubhouse Rewards Program?

The Clubhouse Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for being part of our community. As a member, you earn points on every purchase and other activities, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases and other exclusive perks. Sign up and you’ll start earning points and receive insider access to exclusive events, sales, promotions, and our newest drops.
How do I sign up for the Clubhouse Rewards Program?

Signing up is easy and free. Simply create an account on our website by entering your name, email, and creating a password.
What are the advantages of becoming a Clubhouse member?

Our rewards program is tiered, allowing members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive points for purchases, social media follows, product reviews, and even on their birthday! Additional benefits include access to members-only sales, early access to general sales, and invites to exclusive events. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.
How can I check my VIP tier status?

To check your VIP Tier, simply log in to your ZONE3 account and navigate to the Rewards Clubhouse tab. If for some reason you notice you are not associated with the correct VIP tier, please reach out to us at hello@zone3.com
EARNING POINTS
How do I earn points?

You earn points for every purchase you make. Additionally, you can earn points by following us on social media, leaving product reviews via a verified email after a purchase, and/or on your birthday. Refer to our rewards page for more details.
Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned.
How can I earn points besides making purchases?

This feature is only available for verified purchases.
You will receive an automatic invitation to review your purchase 14 days after your order has been fulfilled. Please check your spam folder, as sometimes these messages end up there.
You can submit up to 5 product reviews, up to 2 photo reviews, and up to 2 video reviews per account. Points for your reviews will be reflected in your clubhouse account 24 hours after submission.

How are points allocated for referrals?

Points for referring a friend are allocated to the referrer’s account after the referred customer's order is fulfilled.
REDEEMING POINTS
How do I redeem my ZONE3 Clubhouse points?
+
Redeeming your points for great rewards is easy. Log in to your account before checking out to see your points balance. To redeem points at checkout, use the rewards dropdown in your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. How many points can I redeem per order?

You can redeem up to 1000 points per order, subject to your points balance and minimum spend restrictions.
Are there any minimum spend requirements for redeeming rewards?

Yes, you can redeem a Clubhouse reward on orders of £80 minimum or above (excluding shipping fees). For rewards above £80 (£90 and £100), the minimum spend has to be £90 or £100 respectively (excluding shipping fees).

Can I redeem points on sale items?

Yes, you can use your points on sale items as long as your order meets the minimum spend requirement for redeeming points.
Can I combine points with other discounts or promotional codes?

No. Points can't be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional codes.
I didn’t receive my points for a purchase/review. What should I do?

If you didn't receive your points, please ensure you opted in to the rewards program and are logged in to your account. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
Please note that the points for product reviews will be allocated only if you use the link in the email invitation sent after a verified purchase.
How can I check my points balance?

Log in to your account on our website, and your points balance will be displayed in your account dashboard. Alternatively you can use this page to log in: https://zone3.com/pages/rewards
I referred a friend but haven’t received my points. What should I do?

Points for referring a friend are allocated after the referred customer's order is fulfilled. If you still haven't received your points, please contact our support team.

How do I cancel my Clubhouse Rewards account?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. If you wish to re-enrol later, your points balance will start from zero.
What happens to my points if I return or cancel my order?

If you return an item, the points originally earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
For orders where you used points and subsequently returned the entire order, those points will be credited back to your account. Please note that this policy only applies to fully returned orders. Points will not be refunded for partially returned orders.
For cancelled orders that were paid with rewards, the points will not be automatically refunded. These points will need to be manually adjusted in your Clubhouse Rewards account by our team.
