Day Rental Hire Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for hiring a wetsuit from ZONE3. By proceeding with the hire, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Cost of Hiring a Wetsuit

• Hire Fee: £30 for the day
• Payment: Full payment (hire fee, deposit, shipping) must be made before the event.

Note: Rewards points cannot be redeemed or earned on the deposit.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Wetsuit Care: You are responsible for looking after the wetsuit during your hire period.
• Sizing: Check our size guide and watch the fitting video before use.

3. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If you cancel 7 days before the event date.
• No refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before the event date
• If events are cancelled by the organiser the same refund policy applies.

6. Liability

ZONE3 is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow wetsuit care instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
