Not fit for purpose

I’m a cold water swimmer who swims in a costume. I thought these would help me cope with the cold on my arms but they were no difference to not wearing them

Q: The size guide for the Aero force arm warmers is in Latin & the translation doesn't make sense. Please could you advise re: sizing please. What is s/m and m/l?
