Kimberley's Story
I discovered triathlon at school, quickly becoming the ‘Ironman Senior Champion’ but went on to focus on my love for hockey. I enjoyed success at Loughborough University, Chiswick and Teddington Hockey clubs before committing to swimming, cycling and running. In 2013, I teamed up with coach Perry Agass and soon qualified to represent GBR Age Group Triathlon racing at various World-level triathlon and duathlon championships. In 2014 I gained my first international win, taking the European AG 25-29 Triathlon Champion title in Kitzbühel.
In 2016, I became an Ironman 70.3 Champion in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since joining forces with Mark Pearce late 2014, I had the support, encouragement and guidance to race professionally from September 2015. Since then, I’ve enjoyed a bunch amazing races and performances world-wide, while gaining a coaching qualification to help others work towards their goals alongside me!
GREATEST CHALLENGES:
Ironman World Championships in Kona.
SEASON GOALS:
Being a mum and high-performance swimming and triathlon coach.
KEY UPCOMING RACES:
Baby due in August 2022 – racing on hold.
KEY RESULTS:
3x Ironman 70.3 Champion (Buenos Aires, Texas, Lahti).
Why ZONE3?
Zone3 is a brand I fell in love with when I first popped the Vanquish wetsuit on. I then did lots of reading into the brand and appreciate the partnership we are building during my professional triathlon career and coaching.
