Casper's Story

Casper started triathlon at a very young age and quickly fell in love with the sport.  After being selected into Norway’s national triathlon development pathway, Casper quickly made his mark in short-course racing, delivering strong results before the end of his teenage years. In 2016, at just 19 years old, he claimed a national championship title.

He secured his first major international win in April 2018, taking victory at the ITU World Triathlon Series event in Bermuda. Around this period, his focus was primarily on World Triathlon Series racing and other draft-legal formats, while also making appearances over the Ironman 70.3 distance.

He won his first 70.3 in 2021 and followed this with medals in World Cup events and the European Championships. Casper stepped up to full-distance Ironman and finished on the podium in 3rd place in Frankfurt. He then followed this up with 1st place at the Ironman World Championships in 2025, with a new course record.
